ALBERT P. McDONALD Mr. Albert P. McDonald, 79, of Alpine, died Friday, March 14, 2008 at Overton County Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at a later date, with burial in McDonald Family Cemetery. Mr. McDonald was a farmer, a member of West Fork Masonic Lodge #648, and a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Korean War. Born February 25, 1929, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Warder and Sadie (Smith) McDonald. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Wells. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Paul D. and Janice McDonald of Lavergne; and a step-grandson, Zane Cunningham of Rocky Gap, VA. Memorial contributions may be made to James T. Davis Memorial Post 5062 of the VFW in Livingston.
