Born November 1, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Ella (McClain) Bilbrey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herschel B. Guffy; and a brother, Robert Bilbrey. Survivors include a daughter, Rebecca Bolander and her husband, Bill; three sisters, Dora Neely, Barbara Hopkins, and Yetive Martin; and two grandsons.
