Burlie H. Given, 84, of 373 Danville Court, died Oct. 18 at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital. She was born on March 17, 1894 in Summersville, W. VA and lived in Akron 63 years.She was a member of the former Bethel United Methodist Church, was the head salad lady at Kaase's Restaurant for nine years,and worked in the Cafeteria at Garfield High School, retiring in 1963. She is survived by son, Paul, of Imperial Calif.: daughter, Lucille Lappin, of Cuyahoga Falls; six grandchildren, Robert Lappin, Cuyahoga Falls, Clyde Lappin, of Gagetown, Mich., Arnold Given, of New Cuyama, Calif., Charlotte Veith, Imperial, Calif., Beverly McLaren, of Akron, Linda Liston, of Doylestown; 15 great grandchildren; one great-grandchildren-grandchlid; sister Mary Dohmer, Frankfurt,W. Va. and Margaret Garten, New Port News; Va. Funeral services 2:30 p.m. Saturday from the Carr Memorial Home, 39 S. Miller Rd. Rev. Loren W. Gould Rev. Richard A. Smith officiating. Burial Mt.
