Overton County News, 6-9-99 FRED LYNN WILLIAMS Funeral services for Mr. Fred Lynn Williams, 82, of St. Clair Shores, MI, were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 3, 1999, from the chapel of Hooper & Huddleston Funeral Home with Dr. Randall L. Adkisson officiating. Burial was in Overton County Memorial Gardens with full military honors by V.F.W. Post 6277. Hooper & Huddleston Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Williams, a retired engineer with U.S. Cold Storage Co., died Tuesday, June 1, 1999 at Henry Ford Care Center in Roseville, MI. Born May 22, 1917 in Cookeville, he was the son of the late Paulo and Bessie Christian Williams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Willie Warden Williams; and a brother, Billie Williams. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce and LisaWilliams, New Baltimore, MI, and David and Denise Williams, St. Clair Shores, MI; five grandchildren, Nancy Feldpauch, Jennifer Williams, David Williams, Shannon Williams, and David A. Williams Jr.; and one great-grandchild, Brian Feldpauch. *Willie Warden Williams was the daughter of William Texas and Nancy Pearl (Holman) Warden.
