Born in Gassaway, W. Va., Oct. 18, 1942, he made his home in Elyria most of his life. He was a Vietnam Veteran and was a foreman at the Elyria Moulding Co. Mr. Frame was a member of VFW Post 79. Surviving are his wife, Sandra S. (nee Palm) to whom he was married four years; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Frame, Elyria; two sisters, Mrs. Earl (Jane) Shelton and Lours Frame, both of Elyria; his grandmothers, Mrs. Laura Dobbins, Grafton, W.Va., and Mrs. Bessie Frame, Birch River, W. Va. Friends will be received in the Harold Dicken Funeral Home, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park.
