Burial will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at the funeral home. Ms. Franklin died on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2003, at her home. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Jackson, and her husband, Joe Franklin.
