Bradford, IN Mary Jane Pruitt, age 79, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday June 11, 2018 in Sellersburg, IN. She was born on June 13, 1938 in Louisville, KY to Arthur J. Senn, Sr. and Lillian Mae (Johnson) Senn. Jane loved gardening and taking care of her flower beds, she loved the beach and enjoyed boating and fishing, she loved to cook, and most importantly spending time with her family especially with her grandchildren. Jane retired from Pillsbury in New Albany and was a graduate of Morgan Twp. Class of 1956. She was a member of the St. Michaels Catholic Church in Bradford, IN. Beside her parents Jane was preceded in death by two brothers Arthur J. Senn, Jr. and Frank Senn and her beloved friend Bill Bean. Jane is survived by her children: Deborah (Chuck) Peterson, Larry Pruitt, Jr., Karen O'Conner, Edward L. (Brenda) Pruitt, Timothy (Leah) Pruitt, Sook Pruitt, Vicki (Kenny) Hoerter, Rebecca Sidelko, Victoria Mason, and Scott Bean. Four sisters: Lillian Jacobi, Phyllis Gettelfinger, Rose Pruitt, and Gayle Humes. Two brothers: Edward Senn and Raymond Senn. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren with one more grandchild on the way. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday June 15, 2018, at St. Michaels Church in Bradford, IN. Visitation will be on Thursday June 14, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 8 :00 p.m. at the Love Funeral Home in Palmyra. Visitation will also take place Friday at the St. Michaels Parish Hall from 9:00 a.m. till time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Michaels Church or to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105-1942.
