In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hill Dobbins; two sons, Dean and Larry Dobbins; five brothers, Paul, Harold, Delbert, Oval and Emunuel Vannoy, and two sisters, Ruth Raybuck and Wilma Jean Freed. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Duane and Esther Dobbins, New Brighton; a brother, Hale Vannoy, Georgia; two sisters, Virginia King and Juanita Sturm, both of West Virginia, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Saturday from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m. in the LUTTON BEAVER FALLS FUNERAL HOME, 1117 Fifth Ave., www.luttonfuneralhome.com ,with the Rev.
