(Died 1940) (3) Thomas Willard Sawyer on 18 Nov 1961, Summit Co., OH. Pearl Watkins Sawyer Pearl Watkins Sawyer, 88, of Akron, died Jan. 3. A native of Willard, Ky., she was an area resident most of her life. She was a member of the Kenmore Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by daughters, Mrs. Ruth Salzwimmer, Mrs. Delma Roberts, both of Akron, and Ms. Lois Milazza of Doylestown; sons, Arthur Watkins of Doylestown, and Paul Watkins of Anderson, S. Carolina; 24 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Carrie Pruitt of Kentucky, and Thelma Gruver and Callie Flynn of Akron; brother, Ballard Adams of Kentucky. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m., TODAY, at the Kenmore Church of the Nazarene, 2025 12th St., Rev. James Staley officiating, and where friends may call 2 hours preceding service.
