Mr. Robert Kelly Franklin May 23, 1961 - November 15, 2012 Funeral services for Mr. Robert Kelly "Swifty" Franklin, age 51, of Allons will be conducted at 2 p.m., Sunday, November 18, 2012 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with bro. Phillip Buck, Bro. Mike Buck & bro. Rick Dixon officiating. Burial will be in the Franklin Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. Mr. Franklin passed away on November 15, 2012 at the Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born in Overton County to the late William Crawford & Antha Elizabeth Cooper Franklin. Robert Franklin was a ordained minister and member of Where God Leads Community Church in Algood, Tenn. He was a Shredder at Cooper Recycling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nephews, Johnny Webb & Cory Brown, Brother-in-Law, Mike McCormick
