He is survived by three daughters Jewell Hooks (Dennis), Deborah Buchanan (Bill) and Cynthia Crase. Five grandkids, Dawn Potts (Doug), Tony Follman (Traci), Stephannie Tihli (Rachid), Mary Follman (William), Anthony Hooks. Six great-grandkids, Isaiah, Tatianna, Daniel, Kyle, Ayanna and Xavier. Four sisters, Mae Liebert (Don), Daisy Thornberry (Pat), Joyce Anderson (Junior) and Voye Burris. Brother Elmo Dulworth (Imogene) and lots of nieces and nephews. He retired from Bluegrass Cooperage (Brown Forman) , lived in Louisville and was from Celina Tennessee. His funeral will be 1 pm Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
