Susann Sigler Drbal, 80, died September 27, 2012. Born in Cuyahoga Falls, she was a lifelong resident of Silver Lake. Susann served with the Red Cross in Korea, was an OSU Buckeye and member of Kappa Delta Sorority and the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls. A self described professional volunteer, among the many organizations Susann had served were Akron Children's Hospital, Silver Lake Historical Society, Cuyahoga Valley Arts Center, Stan Hywet Curatorial Board, Oakwood Cemetery Board, Boston Mills Ski Patrol and the Red Cross. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard M. Drbal; she is survived by her daughters, Susanna Drbal (David Gerstle) and Barbara Wallace (Frank); grandchildren, Catherine Susann and Ian Richard; and sister, Barbara Dieterich (Don) Services will be held 11 a.m. MONDAY at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd. St., with Dr. David Baker officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
