MR. WAYMON JUNIOR GARRETT January 6, 1940 - November 9, 2002 services for Mr. Waymon Junior Garrett, 62, of Livingston will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 12 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home, Livingston, TN with burial in the Story Cemetery, Monroe, TN. The family will receive friends Monday, from 5 until 9 p.m. and until services on Tuesday. There will be a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. Monday evening in the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Mr. Garrett died November 9, 2002 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born January 6, 1940 in Pickett County to the late Waymon and Janie Mullins Garrett. He was a meter reader for U. C.E. M. C. in Livingston. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Byrdstown and attended Christian Community Church. He was a member of Livingston Lodge #259, York and Scottis Rite, Eastern Star, Al Menah Temple, and Shrine Club. He is survived by his daughter, Pam Ray of Rickman; a son, Robert Garrett of Rickman; brothers, Gerald Garrett and James Garrett both of Byrdstown, Lynn Garrett and Jerry Garrett both of Livingston, and Charles Garrett of Corbin, KY; 4 grandchildren, Nikki, Colby, Skylar, and Ashley. He was also married to Betty Henslay & 2nd s Rose ?.
