7-9-2020: I had originally had THOMPSON, ELISHA as her father out of Grainger Co., TN BUT after reading a report on Elisha Thompson, sheriff, of Grainger Co., TN I believe he is not her family. There were 3 other Thompson listed, John, Robert and ? Maybe one of these is her father. 11-11-2020: Today on FamilySearch.org I found a Elijah Thompson[LDJN-BKK] born about 1794 on 1820 and 1830 Census of Overton Co., TN. Wife is Nancy Jane Looper [MNX2-S4D] also of Overton Co., TN, she is a d/o JOSEPH LOOPER (fag#39164694). Two daughters were listed also: Nancy Jane married John York, and Lurana married Stephens.
