Caroline Hughes Koger, age 74, of Monticello, widow of Cecil Koger, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. Survivors include a daughter- Lisa Koger (Paul) Lowe, a sister-Lillian Smith, 1 grandaughter- Lanisha Phillips, and a step-grandson- Tyler Lowe. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 18, 2018 from 5-8 pm in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 11 am in the chapel of Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home in Monticello. Burial will follow in the New Sandusky Cemetery. The Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home of Monticello in charge of arrangements.
