COOKEVILLE - Funeral services for Evelyn Judd Frizzell of Baxter will be held Saturday, January 2, 1993, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Hooper and Huddleston Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Cookeville City Cemetery. Mrs. Frizzell died Wednesday, December 30, 1992, in Cookeville General Hospital. A native of Putnam County, she was born August 28, 1925, the daughter of the late Oren and Douglas Gibson Judd. Mrs. Frizell was owner and operator of Action Home Health Care. Her family includes her husband, Robert 'Bob' Frizzell of Baxter; one daughter, Joyce Cloleon of Texas; one son, David McBroom of Utah and one brother, Billy Judd of Lawrenceburg, TN. The family will receive friends after 4 p.m. Friday, January 1, 1993, at the funeral home. Bob Brock will officiate at the services.
