Mr. Frizzell died suddenly on Saturday, May 30, 2009, at his home. He was born April 26, 1944, in the family home, to the late Neely and Etta Franklin Frizzell. Mr. Frizzell was a Cookeville business man for many years, retiring to enjoy life in 1994, the year he married his surviving wife, Eva Webster. His interest in business continued with his holding several commercial and residential investments. His greatest enjoyment was his farm in Clay County, enjoying family and continuing to travel. He was a charter member of Westview Baptist Church. Anyone who knew Bob loved him; he was devoted to family and friends and cherished the lifelong friendships he made at Tennessee Tech Training School and Central High in Cookeville. He was a loving husband, a well loved neighbor and adored grandfather. His times with the grandchildren on the lake, at the beach or on the farm were the most enjoyed and the most relaxed of his busy retirement. The grandchildren will long tell "Pa Bob" stories, the adventures, the fun and the food. He was an avid reader, an expert on the American West and was fascinated with his family's history. His family includes his wife, Eva Webster; a sister and brotherinlaw, JoAnne and James Herron; a brother, David Frizzell; two stepsons and their wives, Reyes Lee and Carla Rich of Moss and George Webster and Michelle Bercaw of McDonald; and four grandchildren, Daysie Virginia, Caleb Webster, Grace Ann and Elisha Lee Rich. His motherinlaw, Juanita Lee Webster Wooden mourns his loss. His is also survived by a nephew and his wife, Randy and Lori Herron, and two nephews, Lance and Brady Herron, and a niece, Lani Herron. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Judd McBroom Frizzell.
