Lois Sells Eldridge daughter of Jim Sells and Alba Kennedy Sells mother of Doris, sis of Arxie, Dorothy, and Della Lois Sells Eldridge Funeral services for Mrs. Lois Sells Eldridge, 69, of Alpine, will be held today, Wednesday, June 21 at 4 p.m. from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial will be in Green Hill cemetery with Speck Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Eldridge died Saturday, June 17, 2000, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Jim and Alba Sells. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Eldridge Jr.; a son, James Edward Eldridge; three brothers, Sam Sells, Willard Sells, and Carvel Tays; and two sisters, Lola Norris and Lena Norris. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Doris and Larry Cooper, Alpine; three sisters, Arxie Jones, and Della Chilton, both of Alpine, and Dorothy Vella Moore, Algood; and a granddaughter, Amy Cooper, Alpine. Pallbearers were Jeff Collins, Doug Ledbetter, Roger Smith, Matt Smith, Mike Boswell, Kenneth Swallows, Kent Copeland, and David Copeland. Honorary pallbearers were Dustin Collins, Jacob Collins, and Bud Swallows.
