Lucy Aileen Yarnell Koon-Setzer, age 77, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Thursday, September 27, 2012, at Park West Hospital, Knoxville, TN. Lucy was a native of Knoxville, a graduate of Karns High School, a LPN nurse and retired as a seamstress from Sports Belle Inc. Lucy was a faithful Christian who found great joy and solace in her Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her late husband, John Dennis Koon, parents, Oliver and Lizzie Yarnell and five brothers and sisters. Lucy is survived by her husband, James B. Setzer, step-children, Jimmy and Robin Setzer of Knox County, Glenn and Brenda Humphreys of Roane County, Rick Setzer from Decatur TN, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, brothers, Charlie (Mary) Yarnell and Bobby Yarnell of Knoxville, sisters, Jane Scates, of Knoxville, Lillian Morris of Logansport, Indiana, as well as, several nieces and nephews. Lucy Setzer will be greatly missed and our love for her with all of our wonderful memories will live in our hearts forever
