MRS. MAGGIE JULENE TAYLOR September 4, 1935 - October 10, 2011 Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie Julene Taylor, age 76, of Hilham will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Rev. Tim Sharpe officiating. Burial will be in the Maxwell Chapel Cemetery in Hilham. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. Mrs. Taylor died October 10, 2011 at Bethesda Health Care Center in Cookeville. She was born September 4, 1935 in Overton County to the late Hugh & Zora McClain Carwile. She was a housewife. She was a member of Maxwell Chapel Church of God. She is survived by her husband, Clyde Taylor of Livingston; son, Doug Taylor of Nashville; daughters, Sharon Ayers & husband, Steve and Barbara Carver & husband, Robert, all of Hilham; a sister, Bobbie Jean Carwile of Livingston; grandchildren, Penny Ayers Cummings & husband, Billy, Chris Ayers & wife, Melinda, Shirley McDonald, Ethan and Macy Taylor; and 6 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Phyllis Hix.
