Reita K. Hamlet (October 27, 1951 - September 10, 2012) Services for Reita K. Hamlet, age 60, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be conducted on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at the Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro. Interment will follow in the Pharris cemetery in Jackson County, Tennessee. She passed away in Gainesboro on Monday, September 10, 2012. Reita was born on October 27, 1951 in Gilmer County, West Virginia to the late Clay Yeager and Eula Bush Yeager. On February 17, 1970, she was married to Johnny Wayne Hamlet, who survives. She was a factory worker in the garment industry and a member of the Dudney’s Hill Church of Christ. She was also preceded in death by 1 Sister: Pauline Deuley; 1 Brother: Kenny Yeager; 1 Sister-in-law: Sue Burroughs; and Four Nephews - Jeffrey Burroughs, Dwayne Burroughs, Terry Paul Mabry, and Lewis Allen. Survivors include her beloved husband - Johnny Wayne 'Monk' Hamlet; 5 Brothers - Clay (Leona) Yeager, Jr., Jim (Sharon) Yeager, and Carson Yeager, all of West Virginia; Doug (Pam) Yeager of Illinois, and Larry (Nancy) Yeager of Ohio; 2 Sisters - Addie (Charles) Trisdale; Phyllis (Chuck) Kerby (of West Virginia); 2 Sisters-in-law: Anna Allen and Joyce Marie Carroll. Bro. Sam Mainord and Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
