She was born May 07, 1951 in Ypsilanti, MI a daughter of the late Argyle “Bill” and Martha “Peggy” Rader Dobbins. Bobbie was a beautician for 42 years. She was owner of Bobbie’s Kut and Kurl and was also the beautician at the Braxton Health Care Center, Sutton. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her son, David L. “Baby Dave” Jack, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Riffle; daughter, Karen Abraham and husband, Dale of Exchange; son, Daniel Riffle of Gassaway; grandchildren, Jocelyn Rayne Abraham, Mason Jack Abraham, SkyLynn Davidson Abraham and Mallory Dawn Abraham; brothers, Argyle Dobbins of Gassaway and David Dobbins of Sutton; sister, Frankie Neeson of Pittsburgh, PA.
