Cookeville Herald-Citizen May 23, 1986 Funeral services for Sarah W Danner, 82, of Huntsville, Ala., and formerly of Cookeville, will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Hooper & Huddleston with the Rev Scott W Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Phillips cemetery in Overton County. Mrs. Danner died Friday, May 23, 1986 at Crestwood Hospital in Huntsville after an extended illness. A native of Putnam County, she was a homemaker and a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian church. Her family includes her husband, James Elzie Danner, daughters Ruth Watson of Miami, Fl; Ann Marah of Hendersonville; 3 sons, Billy of Florence, Ala; Donald of St Petersburg, Fl; and Ben of Bradford, Tn; a sister, Mae Bennett of Clawson, Mi; a step-sister, O Walker of Cookeville; a step-brother, O J Loftis of Cookeville.
