Billy Joe Carter, Age 81, Passed away November 28, 2015-He was Born December 20, 1933 , in Overton County, to the Late; Raymond Andrew and Ruby Willett Hughes Carter-He was a, Twenty Year Veteran of the U. S. Air Force. His Survivors are; His Wife, Gloria E. Stewart Carter, Sons; Donald, Timothy and Randell Carter, A Daughter; Marlene Rogers, A Sister; Linda Morgan. Twelve Grandchildren and Eighteen Great-Grandchildren- Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P. M. Saturday December 5, 2015, with, Lynn Bullock, Officiating-Military Honors will be Provided at Graveside, by the Honor Guard of The James T. Davis Post 5062 of The V F W. in Livingston. Burial in Holly Springs Cemetery.
